Question: In your financial notes, you stated that we will operate in the black in 2026. Can you explain why we ran in the red in 2024 and 2025 but should see a positive in 2026?
Answer: Because I anticipate that next year we will raise the fees. Which we can only do once every three years. And when we raise the fees, typically we run in the black for a year and break even for a year and then run in the red for a year. Thank you.
